An Elegant, Tropical Destination Wedding with Personalized Flair awaits those considering the Faena Hotel Miami Beach wedding for their special day.
Rosa and Patrick’s unforgettable three-day Faena Miami Beach Wedding was truly magical. This luxury destination wedding beautifully merged vibrant tropical elegance with heartfelt tradition, creating an immersive experience that felt like a glamorous vacation rather than a typical wedding weekend.
From a Cuban-themed welcome party to a stunning Catholic ceremony and a high-energy beach bash to wrap up the festivities, every detail was meticulously curated to embody the couple’s bold style, cultural roots, and profound love for each other.

From the start, Rosa and Patrick’s Faena Miami Beach wedding reflected bold joy and vibrant style. Inspired by Miami’s colorful energy, the couple embraced pink and orange hues. Moreover, the Latin glamour of the Faena Hotel shaped every design choice. As a result, the atmosphere felt playful, luxurious, and unforgettable.
To bring this vision to life, Petal Production transformed the venue completely. In particular, custom installations and lush florals filled every space. Consequently, guests experienced “wow” moments around every corner.
One of the most striking features was the iconic “Tree of Life.” Notably, this floral installation wrapped around a circular green velvet bar. At the same time, it separated the dining area from the dance floor. Upon arrival, guests descended a floral staircase. Meanwhile, ballerinas and live classical music created a breathtaking welcome.
To begin, Rosa and Patrick’s day opened with a heartfelt Catholic Mass. Throughout the ceremony, family and friends shared meaningful scripture readings. As a result, the atmosphere felt deeply personal and emotional.
Soon after, Rosa walked down the aisle in her Monique Lhuillier “Versailles” gown. Instantly, time seemed to stand still. Not only did the dress feature floral appliqués, but it also included custom gloves. Later on, she removed the gloves for the reception. In doing so, she embraced every joyful moment ahead.
Meanwhile, the bridesmaids dazzled in fuchsia and orange Miss Circle gowns. Similarly, the groomsmen looked timeless in black tuxedos from The Black Tux. At the same time, Patrick stood out in a bespoke Suit Supply tuxedo. Inside the collar, their wedding date was stitched discreetly. To finish, Tom Ford shoes from Rosa completed his look.
Without question, food played a central role in the celebration. Most importantly, the menu honored their Greek and Italian heritage. Additionally, it reflected their shared NYC roots.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a lavish spread. For example, offerings included a raw bar, sushi, dim sum, and short rib tacos. Meanwhile, signature cocktails flowed freely. As a result, spicy margaritas, dirty martinis, and espresso martinis fueled the celebration.
As the evening continued, dinner service delighted every guest. First, arugula salad with strawberries was served. Next, creamy porcini risotto followed. Then, guests chose from Galbi short ribs, Branzino, or chicken with yucca puree.
For dessert, the drama continued. Notably, a seven-tier cookies and cream blackout cake stole the spotlight. In addition, a Venetian hour featured macarons, cannoli, alfajores, and more.
Later still, the after-party began. At that point, late-night bites kept energy high. From McDonald’s favorites to truffle sliders, nothing was missing. Ultimately, the party continued until 4:00 a.m.
From the very beginning, music set the emotional tone. During the ceremony, a string quartet played “Always” by Gavin James. Shortly after, cocktail hour featured Songs from Space. Notably, they performed creative remixes of classic favorites.
Once the reception began, energy skyrocketed. At this point, a 12-piece band from Tropics Entertainment filled the dance floor. Rather than a traditional slow dance, Rosa and Patrick chose “Vivir Mi Vida.” As a result, guests quickly joined in.
Later on, emotional parent dances followed. In particular, Elvis Presley’s “Falling in Love” and Coldplay’s “Yellow” moved the room.
Finally, the after-party took over. Event Factor DJ’d alongside Rosa’s brother-in-law. Altogether, the vibe felt like a Mykonos beach club.
To elevate the celebration, Rosa and Patrick planned a full wedding weekend. As a result, guests enjoyed a true destination experience.
First, the Cuban-themed welcome party kicked things off. With live Latin music, cigar rollers, and Hora Loca, energy soared instantly.
Next, guests relaxed at a Miami-style beach party. Meanwhile, oysters were served beside a DJ booth made of beach balls. Additionally, Petal Production created custom beach gear.
Finally, the wedding day arrived at Faena. Blending faith, family, and glamour, the celebration felt extraordinary. With guests traveling from over ten countries, it felt like an exotic escape.
Long before the wedding, Patrick planned an unforgettable proposal. While in Greece, he surprised Rosa with a helicopter ride. Shortly after, they landed at the Four Seasons Astir Palace.
At that moment, Patrick proposed on a dramatic cliffside. Meanwhile, photographers hid nearby. Soon after, friends and family joined the celebration. Later that evening, they enjoyed dinner at Matsuhisa. Finally, they danced until sunrise at Island nightclub.
Above all, every moment was beautifully preserved. Rosa and Patrick shared their experience:
“The Lockharts captured every magical moment of our wedding weekend. From quiet tears to wild dancing, nothing was missed. Their photography and cinematography tell our story perfectly. These memories will last for generations.”
