We hired the Lockharts after meeting them on two occasions at our best friend's weddings. They truly are a spectacular couple and made our wedding weekend. We knew we had a big weekend ahead of us with 3 days of events, they executed each day with such good vibes, and put together the most amazing videos and photos. They listened to every request of ours, no matter how big or small, and made sure to find a way to make it happen. Once your contract has been signed, we'll send our onboarding questionnaire to get to know you better and begin crafting your unique experience. You'll receive a welcome packet along with tailored goodies to prepare for your big day, along with our guide to designing the picture-perfect wedding. Before the wedding, we'll provide a comprehensive timeline detailing exactly where we’ll be throughout your event. Every step leading up to your wedding day is designed to create space for seamless celebration and ensure the effortless capture of your day—no rushing required.
Planning + Preparation
Many of our clients opt for pre-wedding day sessions, including engagement and bridal portraits. These sessions offer a fun, relaxed atmosphere similar to the vibe of a double date, allowing you to become comfortable with being photographed while observing how we work. To help you prepare, we'll offer tips and tricks and assist in finding the perfect location for every shoot. You also have the option of adding on coverage of events like rehearsal dinners and welcome parties, ensuring comprehensive, curated documentation of your entire wedding weekend.

On your wedding day, we’ll establish a positive energy in the room while getting to know your parents, grandparents, and bridal party. Our educational background has equipped us to engage and manage large groups effectively, an essential skill we’ll use while acting as your creative director for the next 8-10 hours.
Our team typically includes 2 photographers, 2 videographers, and assistants—exactly what you need to enjoy thorough coverage and constant support. We excel at capturing every moment, detail, emotion, and candid reaction in an unobtrusive way, while always seeking the best lighting to create that soft look you see in our work.
For couples who are eager to share an instant look at the details of their day, we also offer an exclusive social media coverage option—the best way to obtain immediate content that’s every bit as stunning and professional as your final print album.
Wedding Day Coverage
The excitement continues with a highlight gallery delivered in one to two weeks, ideal for posting during your honeymoon. The full gallery and film follow in 8-12 weeks, delivered digitally to ensure worldwide accessibility, straightforward saving, and guaranteed availability via our website.
Looking for tangible takeaways? Your photo gallery will be pre-linked to a professional lab for print orders. We also love working with our couples to create heirloom albums of the finest materials that will stand the test of time.
