This Dallas Wedding Workshop was everything we were hoping for. We had an incredible talented group of students that came highly motivated and willing to learn and use the new acquired tools to jump start their businesses. In addition, we the big privilege to gather the most amazing group of talented creatives to make this dream a reality.

We feel that there was nothing missing in this workshop. Firstly, beginning with our amazing planner Linda from Lyons Events, that was always there making sure everything was going as expected. She is so talented! She is also a stationary designer and therefore she made all the invitations and stationary pieces. Also, when it came to florals we were so happy that our wonderful floral designer Elise from Prim and Lovely took our ideas and just ran with them. Everything from the centerpieces, the bouquets and the gorgeous cake arrangement were absolutely beautiful and fit the romantic spring theme we were going for. Following with our cake designer Loft22Cakes. They did a superb job and the cake looked absolutely amazing. The shades of blues and grays were just stunning and we could not stop gushing at the rock and painted gold details.
Furthermore, all rentals were provided by the amazing team at Bella Accento. Every single piece looked lovely and added such a unique touch to the session. While the gorgeous chairs made the session romantic, the blush and gray pink gave it a touch of modern. In terms of silk ribbons, runners and napkins, the team at HeyItsOhSoPretty provided everything to ensure the details looked out of a fairytale. We are also so thankful for the Creative Barn and Simply Rooted that provided beautiful styling boards for the event.

On another note, when it came to dressing up our lovely couple the teams at Elizabeth Leese and The Black Tux took over. We couldn’t believe how well every single piece came together seamlessly. Likewise, the lovely shoes were provided by Katie Whitcomb Shoes and they were absolutely adorable. Adding to this, the bride was dolled up by the amazing team, Brite Bar Beauty. They are the best in what the do! The Bride looked absolutely beautiful, and we expected nothing less!
Once we finished doing indoors we headed to the outdoor to find the most amazing white 1957 Skyliner Convertible from Robert at DFW Vintage Cars. We could not believe our eyes on how amazing and cool it was! Elise from Prim and Lovely dressed it up with some florals and we were on the go. If you are thinking about hiring a classic car, this would be one of our top picks.
Last but not least, we couldn’t be happier with the Joy of Citron that provided us with lunch. It was absolutely delicious. While the learning, continued as we talked and answered questions, it was nice to have some great food to pair it with.
Hence, from these detail and pictures you could probably tell that we could have not wished for a better venue than Firefly Gardens in Midlothian, Texas. Not only was is beautiful, buy they were so accommodating. A bit about the venue: Firefly Gardens is a wedding venue located on 8 acres in Midlothian Texas. It officially opened its doors in 2015. It currently has two buildings. The event hall building is a lovely white modern style barn. This building has three incredible crystal chandeliers, a whitewashed brick wall that can be an amazing backdrop for cake table or dessert table, a white shiplap ceiling. The most incredible thing for us as wedding photographers was the rear end wall. This wall is full of windows that provides soft natural light to the entire event hall. This family owned venue is one of a kind and it will certainly be a statement piece for any wedding.
Furthermore, this entire event was truly a dream come true! Each vendor was amazing, and we were so lucky to have an amazing team of people supporting us. Special Thanks to Jamie for the behind the scenes photos of us teaching and all the little details we provided to our students. We were also blessed with the most amazing group of students that made us feel so happy to be doing what we love. Can’t wait to host out next one in June in the Dominican Republic.
